I have a dark mode

Based off of 4.9.0, It is probably not complete, but way easier on the eyes than current "light mode". User can toggle back and forth using a menu item....

Click "Dark Mode" it switches to dark mode.

Click "Light Mode" it switches to light mode (which is the current "legacy" mode).
