Using MNN corrected values in PHATE and other dimensionality reduction techniques.

Hello,

I have used graphtools to perform MNN batch correction in PHATE and it works well. I was wondering if I can use this same approach for other dimensionality techniques such as UMAP or TriMAP. If so, how can I export the batch corrected components to pass them into other techniques, I am not sure where they are stored in the MNNgraph object.
