License Mismatch Between Repo Config and POM file

I just noticed the repo is configured with the MIT license, but the POM file has this:

        <license>
            <name>BSD 3-Clause</name>
            <url>https://spdx.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause.html</url>
        </license>

So which license is the right one?
