when exporting to WL_MSG, some TalkerID would change into 微信系统

how to replicate this issue:

1. download the two attached json files
2. insert contact_error entry into the contact table of merge_all.db
3. insert msg_error entry into the MSG table of merge_all.db
4. run cli.exe in the terminal
5. check wl_msg to see that the ‘’talker" value for the msg_error entry has been changed to “微信系统”
