How could the content be improved?

As identified in the lesson review carpentries-lab/reviews#33 (comment) we should replace contractions with fully spelt out words in the following places

Setup:

• "determine if it's a" -> "determine if it is a"
• "if it's a" -> "if it is a"

Episode 2:

• "One thing you'll notice" -> "One thing you will notice"
• "Let's add a shortcut our main window" -> "Let us add a shortcut our main window"

Episode 3:

• "require saving your file if you haven't done so" -> "require saving your file if you have not done so"

Episode 4:

Episode 5:
