The website should show comments posted under levels and user profiles (see #68 for the latter), both in form of a preview list on the level/user details page, and a scrollable list on a dedicated page you can go to from there. Comments should allow a signed in user to rate them, always show their like/dislike numbers, show their content and who uploaded the comment, and should allow a moderator/the comment uploader/the level publisher/the profile owner to delete it. A signed in user should also be able to write and post comments from the dedicated page as long as they have certain perms.
