fidelity and content styles are greyed out despite being on Android 15 and using shizuku

ROG Phone 9 and android 15 here. all the other styles are unlocked and working but these two are locked out despite having shizuku running. is this a bug? is there a workaround for it?

also can't change or do anything in "theme" section and can't turn on "override colors manually" option in the app settings but i suspect it's probably because i don't have root access?

Content and fidelity are not valid style for theme unless your device is rooted.
