I am trying to analyse a dataset with 30 samples (2 conditions) and seem to be getting stuck at "alphaquant.classify.training_functions - INFO - Starting RandomizedSearchCV". It has been stuck at this line for 20mins with what appears to be no CPU usage. Is it normal for this step to take a long time? Is this normal behaviour?
I am running on an MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and 18GB ram. AlphaQuant has worked for me on smaller datasets.

I am trying to analyse a dataset with 30 samples (2 conditions) and seem to be getting stuck at "alphaquant.classify.training_functions - INFO - Starting RandomizedSearchCV". It has been stuck at this line for 20mins with what appears to be no CPU usage. Is it normal for this step to take a long time? Is this normal behaviour?
I am running on an MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and 18GB ram. AlphaQuant has worked for me on smaller datasets.
