feat: auto detect version for unrecognized programs with--version command

Hey! I'd like to suggest an option for programs that aren't automatically detected (such as CLI tools) to have their version retrieved by running a --version command, rather than having to update it manually each time.

Like claude code for example:

This is a great idea. For those programs which are not versioned in the standard way, it's very helpful.

I will probably add it in the next or future updates.
