Background

Soroban resource fees confuse devs. We need a single page that explains base fee, resource fee, refundable fee, and how Veil handles them.

What to build

A docs page with a worked example: deploy → invoke → measure resource consumption → derive fee.

Looked at this. The worked example carries the page, so I will deploy and invoke a real contract on testnet, paste the actual resource numbers from soroban-cli, then walk through how each part lands in the fee.
