docs: say engine removal is best effort when PAIR is uninstalled
The README and the engine lifecycle page said removing PAIR, or resetting its data, removes the engines PAIR installed. A reset now stops and says which engine it could not remove, but a platform uninstaller cannot stop halfway: it leaves that engine in place and finishes. Say so, and where to remove it from.
