[https://nvbugs/7029762][docs] Link current PyTorch KV cache managers - #21437
The paged-attention guide links to the removed tensorrt_llm/runtime/kv_cache_manager.py implementation. Replace that destination with the current PyTorch KVCacheManager and KVCacheManagerV2 wrappers and point readers to the existing manager-selection guide. Preserve the Batch Manager source link and clarify that the V1 wrapper uses that C++ block manager, so readers can still find its allocation logic.
Resolved all three source-link destinations, checked that the named Python classes exist with AST parsing, and verified the manager-selection page and anchor. Confirmed that V1 constructs the C++ batch-manager binding. MyST parsing, the repository's relative-link validator, spelling, applicable generic pre-commit hook checks, and git diff --check pass. Documentation-only; GPU inference and a full Sphinx build were not run.
PR Checklist
Reviewed the applicable contribution checklist; the change is scoped to this documentation issue and both commits have DCO sign-offs.
Dev Engineer Review
The paged KV cache guide now links to the PyTorch executor’s KVCacheManager and KVCacheManagerV2, retains the C++ block-manager reference for V1, and links to the manager-selection guide. The change removes the obsolete runtime implementation reference. No runtime behavior changes are indicated. The author reports that the link, parsing, spelling, applicable pre-commit, and diff checks passed. GPU inference and a full Sphinx build were not run.
QA Engineer Review
No test changes.
Per-File QA Perspective

Explanation
The title names the NVBugs ID and the [docs] type, which follow the repository template. It says the PR links the current PyTorch KV cache managers, which matches the raw summary: the paged-attention guide now links to the PyTorch KVCacheManager and KVCacheManagerV2 integrations in place of the removed runtime implementation. The title is short, specific, and identifies the main change.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description covers the problem (the guide links to a removed runtime file), the fix (new links to the PyTorch KVCacheManager and KVCacheManagerV2 wrappers, plus a pointer to the manager-selection guide), and the bug reference. It also includes a Test Coverage section that lists the checks run and states that GPU inference and a full Sphinx build were not run. The PR Checklist is filled in. It does not follow the template's Description heading exactly, but all required information is present.
Full details: Docstring Coverage
Explanation
No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files.
