The reply issue has been reported before, and that's why NFB has stopped development.

To log in, download the app "Main Login Fix for X Twitter but Supports Multiple Accounts 9.67 NFB read description" from the website "Moe's App Hub," log in using that app, and then install and overwrite the NFB file.
