Right menu on the Header disappears after Settings modal opens

Describe the bug
Right menu on the Header disappears after Settings modal opens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click profile on the Header to see the dropdown menu of Settings and Log out.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Close Settings modal.
4. Right menu on the Header disappears.

Expected behavior
Right menu should be always on the Header.
