Screens stop working every 30 days

Currently, the square account token expires after 30 days and there's no automated system to renew them.

There's not really a good solution since

• When a token expires you just stop receiving order notifications
• You can't renew the token before it expires

So basically you have to save the expiration date, set up a timer to renew it at that time, and then just continually try renewing it until it succeeds - and hope your time is in sync and you're not waiting on orders at that time because there's a chance you'll miss one between the time square expires it and the time you get it renewed.

It looks like the Square API has changed a bit since the beginning of the year, and it's now possible to renew tokens before they expire.
