Connecting to Core problem when new wallet initially running in Lite Mode

Since 3.1.1, if the wallet is installed on a new computer and runs for the first time in Lite Mode, sometimes it never connects to the core. We resolve this issue currently by having the user switch to Full Mode. They can switch to Lite Mode later, and it connects successfully.

I've seen this on Windows and Mac.

@NealHelman Is this still happening on v3.1.5? It seems fine when I tested it.

I actually haven't seen this in a couple of months. But that is one of the things that I have people do when their wallet cannot connect to the core, and oftentimes, it works. So, it's not a 100%-of-the-time issue, but I don't know what the actual pattern is. It does seem to happen on computers that have never run a Nexus wallet before, though.
