MKB not in Nova-Committee Maven Repo

MKB can't be used as a dependency without a component/artifact in a maven repository. The ones referenced in the readme do not appear to be online. Let me know if I missed something. If not, I see some solutions:

1. Get the MKB artifacts back into the Nova-Committee repo
2. Create new components in the maven central repo
3. Any other solution that allows MKB to be used as a dependency.

A workaround is to build and run publishToMavenLocal through gradle then add mavenLocal() into the repositories in build.gradle of the project you need the dependency.

OK, I'll fix this when I have free time.
Currently you can try to use it as a dependency via flatDir.
