Chrome blocks camera/microphone for Jitsi inside ONLYOFFICE because Nextcloud ONLYOFFICE iframe lacks allow permissions

When using the ONLYOFFICE Jitsi plugin from our self-hosted Nextcloud + ONLYOFFICE deployment, camera and microphone access works in Firefox but fails in Chrome.
