Partner Center reviewers can’t access our Dataverse for Teams app; submitted manifest package doesn’t include the app #1769

Hi All ,

Description

We built a Power Apps app using Dataverse for Teams. We validated it by importing managed and unmanaged solutions manually across different domains/tenants and the app worked as expected.

For AppSource/Teams Store submission, we:

Went to Power Platform and exported the solution as a JSON/manifest zip

Submitted that manifest zip in Partner Center

During Microsoft’s evaluation, reviewers reported they cannot access the app. When we inspect the submitted package, the app itself isn’t present/visible in the manifest, so reviewers have nothing to launch.

We need guidance on the correct packaging path so external evaluators (outside our tenant) can open and test the app, and so the submission is valid.

Goal: Publish the app to AppSource/Teams Store (“store” submission, not just internal org catalog but available for everyone across tenant without us giving them specific access)

Questions:

Are Dataverse for Teams apps supported for AppSource/Teams Store submission, or do we need to migrate to full Dataverse and package differently?
