Request app is not persistent after page refresh

When I request an app (as institution org member), and next refresh the page the button becomes green again

@teunfransen We actually discussed this and concluded that this an acceptable situation. If a member (or guest) requests an application connection, then we only send out a mail to the Admin users of this Organisation. Nothing is send to Manage or Jira, so we have no way of detecting that a request was made by this user. Worst case is that the user (or another user) requests the connection once more, and one more mail is send out.
