Additional Context

• Operating System: Fedora Linux 43 (Sway)
• Attempted installing tenseal package both in a python virtual environment and outside of a virtual environment with the latest pip version (26.0.1).
• Noticed another issue stating they fail to build from source, so there may be no alternative installation option.
