Document which files define the kite model

There are many files in the data directory. It is unclear which are needed:

• to define the aerodynamic kite model
• to define the kite power system

It is pretty clear from the examples. You need an aero_geometry for the aerodynamics and a struc_geometry for the system structure.

If that is the case, then they should appear in the system.yaml file. This file should list all the files needed for a particular model. But they don't appear: https://github.com/OpenSourceAWE/V3Kite.jl/blob/main/data/system.yaml

I agree, there is an issue for this somewhere... Should be fixed.
