Document dxidx scaling

Currently the documentation for calcMappingJacobian! says it returns scaled dxidx, but does say what the scaling is, making the function hard to use.

Similarly for calcFaceNormals, the scaling of the face normals is undefined. It also doesn't say if the normal vectors are in real or parametric space.
