Fail the validation if 0 proteins found

When I am parsing crosslinking datasets, I found some datasets are paring schema validation. However crosslinking API returns with 0 protein which is leading to prevent visualising it in Crosslinking resource. I think it is better to catch it from the mzidentml-reader validation and fail such datasets

I don't think so.
E.g. PXD053341 which used to work, still does work for me and I can visualise the network. Yet you are currently placing it i the zero proteins 'pending' category.

I don't think there are any datasets with zero proteins and all of these zero protein datasets represent something failing and the failure not getting picked up.
