Adding custom weapons

Tried: uploaded file in both base.xml and ZMSounds.xml

Possibly thinking some of the things aren't working accurately or im missing something. It doesn't even register in logs.

Tried old style of Zombie custom weapon loading in both base.xml, and also CODZ.lua
this is done from
WeaponFactoryTweakData.Lua
PlayerStance.Lua
WeaponStatsTweakData.Lua
