Add info on `groups` command to CUBIC page

I can never remember how to check which project users I have access to on CUBIC. @mattcieslak reminded me it's groups, which is super helpful, but I think we should have that info in the lab manual.

Also getent group <name>, which lists users who have access to the project user.
