Enhancement: Make PR description field larger and resizable

Description

The pull request description field is currently too small to comfortably read and work with PR descriptions, especially for longer descriptions.

Proposed Enhancement

1. Increase default size: Make the PR description field larger by default to show more content
2. Add resize capability: Allow users to manually resize the description field to their preferred size

Benefits

• Better readability for longer PR descriptions
• Improved user experience when reviewing pull requests
• Flexibility for users to customize the layout based on their needs

Current Behavior

The PR description field has a fixed, small size that cannot be adjusted
