This bug is come back in the latest update.
Looks like it happens only on engine built from source code.

This issue can be solved by moving all the stuff from the Plugin folder into the Content folder. Otherwise, you'll have Blueprint struct corruptions when using an engine built from source.
Separating the project into a plugin is a good idea, but UE is too buggy these days, so it's better to revert this change until Epic Games fixes it, I guess
