@HumphreyYang this is a DRAFT / EARLY report that is being generated by tool-onboarding from action-translation. I have been working it this week as onboarding a project to get them in sync is not a super easy task. The purpose is to check alignment of files and to provide some diagnostic information to assist with linking two repos.

The main idea is to see if we can provide useful information to conduct an alignment operation. I suspect the bulk of operations will be SOURCE -> TARGET (and that would be a simplifying assumption) but using this EXAMPLE report (for the first 5 lectures in the series) it looks like we make some potentially useful updates that could feedback back DOWNSTREAM as suggestions, so trying to build a mechanism that could capture that.

NOT URGENT but when you have time, I would appreicate your review. Please let me know what you think of the SUGGESTIONS so far, alignment data and indicators, anything else that would make you understand the alignment state between two lectures series. Then I will do another development round. The idea is to build a report that we can click actions for and then have PRs automatically generated using the CLI tool.

Once aligned, then we would activate SYNC to keep them in SYNC.

@HumphreyYang the KEY PROBLEM is figuring out DRIFT direction. So we may end up with a more enforced SOURCE -> TARGET emphasis, but I thought this would be a good starting point before imposing that restriction.
