When parsing StepMania charts with multiple difficulties, the NOTES fields are concatenated together

Most stepmania charts have multiple difficulties in the same file. parse_from_sm should probably return Vec<Chart>

The whole Stepmania parser should be rewritten either way because it does not support other modes such as doubles
it only supports dance-single
