Licensing/credits for the overlays/frames is missing

Please add a file, wiki, disclaimer, or anything similar, that explains:

• Credits - who created the overlay assets included in this program?
• Asset License - are users allowed to use these overlays for different purposes? If so, under what license? (AGPL,?)
