Blank Pages w/ 500 error on initial load

Sometimes, when you navigate to a fresh uncached page, you receive a blank object, {}, and a 500 error is logged. This happens mostly on the proposal view page and proposal editing (even if you don't have redirection enabled).

Could be:

• SSR
• Code spliiting
• Poor try/catches or error piping.

Ideal outcome is more specific errors.

Removing the <script async /> parts of renderPage have stopped issues where webpack chunks fail to load in order (I think async content loading doesn't work well with my implementation of code splitting), however, there's a second source of this problem. It usually presents itself when I initially load proposals.
