Ice Lake-LP USB 3.1 xHCI Host Controller not working

Until the first version of Ventura, my Dell notebook had the USB ports working normally. However, after subsequent updates, it recognizes the USB controller but not the USB ports themselves. I can no longer map them as it now detects 0 ports.

I have the same problem and so do other users with similar Dell.
Try clicking resetnvram in the Opencore guide, maybe 1 2 times and then the USB controller appears
