Add community extension: DPDFNet (DPRNN-based DFN2 evolution)

Hi maintainers - thanks for DeepFilterNet2. It’s been my go-to baseline for real-time speech enhancement.

I’d like to propose adding a small README link under a “Community extensions / Related work” section (or similar) to a DFN2-derived extension I published:

DPDFNet (Dual-Path DeepFilterNet)

DPDFNet integrates Dual-Path RNN blocks into the DFN2 encoder and shows consistent gains while staying focused on real-time / edge deployment (incl. released TFLite models).
