It's with a quote inside the command I think. We have quoted strings (beads descriptions) that span multiple lines. Even with auto approve for the bd create task in there, the commands don't get auto approved

Reproduction steps

1. Install beads
2. Auto approve beads commands
3. bd create commands that span multiple lines don't get accepted

Expected result

Multiline commands that are approved and don't use && for other unapproved commands (or other methods to execute multiple commands in one line) should get approved

Actual result

Multiline commands that are approved and that don't use && for other unapproved commands don't get auto approved
