Thank you very much for the kind words. I'm really glad to hear that you like PicView! Unfortunately, I don't think I want to implement it, at the moment, because:
I am in the process of rewriting all the code related to image navigation, to make the code-base more maintainable and to allow tab-based navigation. Maybe after that, I can find a solution to add it, but it cannot be a priority for me at present. It will most likely take me a year before I reach that, as I am also planning to add Linux support, which is also requiring a lot of time and energy. Thanks again for the feedback and for using PicView! |

Loving the software, thanks! It handles .jp2 files within .cbz archives so much better/faster than what I was using before!
However, I'd like to be able to use a non-standard file extension to differentiate the .cbz files containing jp2 from those containing standard jpgs etc. So is there any chance of an option to enable (at user's risk, of course) the support for such non-standard file extensions for files that are otherwise supported? Even if this was just a checkbox within the software, and the user had to add a line into the config file. I realise I'm probably vastly oversimplifying what is likely far more complicated!
Thanks again!
