Description: I made a prerelease to check the way my CI is working before publishing. Good practice sindicates to make a release candidate with a prerelease. The prerelease tag is fetched by RSMetacheck as the latest release and then return a pitfall when comparing it to the actual version of the future release once release candidate will be validated.

Priority: low (I don't most people use prerelease)

@francoto Yeah for RSMetaCheck, it wouldn't flag it as a pitfall if the versions are not too far, instead it would just create a notice file. but for actions it would fail since it is detected as pitfall. I am going to look into making not fail on pre-releases. Thanks for letting me know Tom!

I defined a config for my rs-metacheck-action with 2 scenarios (unstable and prerelease). The thing is that 0.5.1-rc1 is considered "further" than 10 from 0.5.1. Which is not right for me.

As I say this is a niche scenario.
