Combined Implementation Task

This issue combines the Safety panel and onboarding checklist.

Features to Implement

1. Safety + Records onboarding checklist (was Implement Safety + Records onboarding checklist #518)

   • Device safety section with checkboxes
   • Keeping useful records section
   • User must acknowledge before continuing
   • Shown once after account creation
   • Items: "Only use this on a safe device", "Quick exit leaves this page immediately...", etc.

2. Enhanced Safety panel (was Implement enhanced Safety panel #520)

   • Quick actions: "Lock now", "Quick exit"
   • About your privacy section
   • Need support? section with sophia.chat link

Acceptance Criteria

• Onboarding checklist displays after account creation
• User can acknowledge and dismiss
• Safety panel accessible from bottom nav
• Lock now signs out immediately
• Quick exit navigates to Google
