Hi maintainers, I would like to be assigned to this issue if it is still available. I already prepared a focused patch for app/api/streams/[id]/route.ts: weak ETags from updatedAt, 304 short-circuit for matching If-None-Match including wildcard/list values, preserved X-Cache, and route tests. I will wait for assignment before reopening or submitting a fresh PR.
