Docs: Style text that has been linked to in the same way we style current `Anchor`ed text

We can use [the ::target-text selector](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/URI/Reference/Fragment/Text_fragments). Test whether this will correctly override the preexisting browser-given yellow highlight.
