- Geocoding the user is a key step
- Every state has at least one large county that subdivides into multiple specialty courts. Help text might be all we need for specialty courts
- Might want flexible rules to match certain jurisdictional boundaries

What goes into court selection/venue?
- Location
- Town
- County
- Arbitrary geographic boundary
- Subject matter of the dispute
- Amount in controversy or seriousness of e.g., criminal charge
- Stage of the case (appellate, trial)
Can we have a way for the court/legal aid program for that state to keep a set of rules for jurisdiction up to date, and is this filter idea universal enough to express all of the rules?
