The jurisdiction switcher doesn't work great at the moment (lets you switch in the middle of making a case, everything breaks when it does), but that's fine; it's more of a dev tool than a final polished feature.
What does the final polished feature look like though? An additional path on the URL (/massachusetts/expert_form vs /illinois/expert_form?) or different domains / sites entirely? This is more of an open question; with docassemble interviews, whoever hosts the interview hosts the domain, so it's all different sites, but this is the first time one group (Suffolk), will be maintaining multistate user-facing things.
