[Bug]: Mirror Entries loads infinitely

Description

Assuming you can successfully load duplicate files (see #1196 ), The Mirror Entries button just shows a loading bar that never progresses.

I have a fix for this already so I'm mainly creating this issue to create a PR, but you can see my thread in discord for the details.

Expected Behavior

All Entries listed in the Fix Duplicate Files dialog box should have their tags and fields mirrored

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Tools > Fix Duplicate Files
2. load a DupeGuru file
3. click Mirror Entries
