Re-open of #63 (but for Solid)

Opening the Pacer devtools results in the panel failing to display anything with an error in the console

make sure you are on all of the latest versions of the tanstack devtools and pacer devtools

This usually happens when your devtools packages are out of sync with the versions, I will check the pacer internal versions and if thats the cause
