OLED Theme animation like YTPlus

Describe the feature request

When you turn on the OLED Theme in YTPlus, it animates the switch from the regular grey background to the OLED Theme in the splash screen. While this does not affect functionality whatsoever, I think it would be a fun and nice touch.

@Tonwalter888 tested it in the pre-release.

One suggestion I have is, the animation would look smoother if it kicks in simutaneously as the red bar in the splash screen starts to progress. So the animation finishes while the red bar reaches the end.

Also, perhaps some people might not like the animation, so an option for an all black splash screen wouldn‘t be a bad idea. Though it will probably add clutter.
