Version of app without internet permission

I'm curious if @TrianguloY and other existing contributors would be open to the idea of creating a second variant of this app that does not have internet permission (and is of course lacking any features that require it). The purpose of this would be an increased level of ensured privacy for users.

Of course it could be done by forking, but would be even better if there were just 2 different APKs built from this project.

Open to pull requests and/or a feature request for this?

I'm not opposed to the idea, just knowing that:

• That version will not be published on play store nor f-droid, just an extra apk on the Github release.
• The version should have the minimum necessary changes. Ideally only the permission removal and only if necessary a try/catch or similar if a specific internet-related feature crashes (what I mean is that I would prefer not to change the ui for this special version, just act as if the app was used with airplane mode).

I don't want to maintain extra code for a version that most probably very few people will use, but if this version (once configured) requires almost no maintenance, I'll be perfectly fine with adding it.

In fact I plan to do something similar with Pablo's version (the chrome incognito).

If someone wants to create a PR that would be wonderful! But please make it short! Ideally it will need to:

• Change gradle to define this new variant
• Change the manifest (or gradle, or whatever is necessary) to remove the internet permission on this variant (the less required changes the better)
• Edit the release Github action to build the two variants and publish both apks

No changes to the code must be done, at first, I'll consider them after testing this variant.
