Dotted separator lines showing as solid on published pages

Issue

Dotted separator lines are showing up correctly in the editor but then displaying as solid lines on the public, published page. They should be showing as dotted.

Editor view tested on Chrome; public view tested on Chrome, FireFox, and Safari.
