Duplicate/redundant repetition of remote access content

Logging into UCL HPC systems is repeated in two different locations:

• Remote access page:
• HowTo page

There should be one page that explains logging in which is then linked to from these different places in the documentation, rather than duplicating the instructions.

I think the Remote Access page should be repurposed as a logging in from everywhere page, and it be linked to from elsewhere.
