Accessibility: DatePicker ValueHelp button invisible in screen reader

What is the issue and how can we reproduce it?

1. Activate screen reader on macOS
2. Focus DatePicker input field
3. Try to focus valueHelp button with Ctrl-Alt-Right arrow
   .

Error:

Focus will jump over the value help button not noticing its existence

Expected behavior:

ValueHelp button can be focused and clicked.

I have read #3504 but it is not clear to me, how a user relying on screen reader only should discover that there is a valueHelp and that they need to press F4 to trigger it?

The sap.m.DatePicker is implemented as per design following the combobox pattern:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/combobox/examples/combobox-datepicker/
In the keyboard handling section in the upper sample you can see that according to this wai aria pattern the value help could be opened with arrow up/down and Alt + arrow up/down.

The ui5 controls with input and value help have a slight difference in the keyboard shortcuts as per fiori design:

• The value help could be opened with Alt + arrow up/down and F4, but not with the arrow up/down directly.

I'm closing the incident as we're following the current design.
The accessibility experts and design colleagues are already researching the possibility to switch to a different design like described in the incident: https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/patterns/dialog-modal/examples/datepicker-dialog/
