Create a page for students to find/post groupchats for courses.
Students will be able to enter the course number and section, and be able to find associated group chats, or post one if none are found.
There should only be one posting per course/section every term. After a term ends, the previous group chats should be wiped or expired.
When creating a post for a group chat, the user should be able to type a description and the link to the groupchat.
